Invitation and Favor Services

Let Side Quest Events help you with your invitations, from design to addressing. We can also assemble the favors for your event and even tackle your thank you notes afterward!

Invitation Design

Side Quest Events can help you create the perfect paper or virtual invitation for your event. Share your vision with us, and we'll create something one-of-a-kind for you!

Price: $50*

* Multi-piece sets, such as a wedding invitation with save the date cards, are $50 per piece.

Invitation Addressing

Make your guests feel extra welcome with hand-addressed invitations! We'll even drop them off at the post office for you.

Price: $0.50 per invitation

Thank You Note Writing

Let Side Quest Events take the stress out of writing your thank you notes. We verify a basic template with you and personalize as necessary. We'll even drop them off at the post office for you.

Price: $2 per note

Favor Assembly

Sourcing your favors or the supplies for them is included in our packages, but we can also assemble your favors for you. This is also a great option even if you're planning your own party because it gives you one less thing to worry about. (In that case, we both source the supplies and assemble the favors.)

On-Site Services

Side Quest Events doesn't just help you plan your party. We provide an array of on-site services to make sure that everything goes according to plan. Check out the ways we can help!

Decorating Services

Decorating is one of our passions at Side Quest Events! Sourcing your decorations is part of all of our packages, but choosing this add-on gets you assembly, installation, and removal, too. (If you choose this option à la carte, we'll also source your decorations for you.)

Price: $25 per hour

On-Site Party Coordination

Side Quest Events is happy to be on-site to make sure your party runs smoothly. We help as needed and make sure that all vendor deliveries are handled.

Price: $100

On-Site Large Event Coordination

Side Quest Events can help you coordinate your big day! We can be on-site to coordinate your vendors, manage the schedule, and take care of any last minute issues that arise.

Price: $500*

* This add-on is half price with the purchase of a Large Events Package.

Additional Planning Meetings

All of our services include a free consultation, and our packages each include some free planning meetings. Schedule additional meetings with us to further fine-tune your party plans. Let us know when and where to meet, and we'll come to you!

Price: $25 per meeting

Board Game Services

Enhance your Board Game Events Package or Board Game Event Add-On with additional services. Choose additional games to rent from our extensive library or have us come in to teach the rules of the games you've chosen.

Board Game Event Add-On Package

Add some board gaming fun to your party or large event! Additional game rentals and on-site rules instruction are available as add-on services. This package includes:

Three free game rentals (up to $30 value)
One additional planning meeting (a $25 value)

Price: $50

Board Game Rentals

All Board Game Event Packages come with some free rentals. Add extra fun with additional game rentals! We even have some game titles that are free to rent with the rental of another game.

A $50 refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.

Price: $5-$10

On-Site Board Game Rules Instruction

Take the effort and guesswork out of learning new games at your board game event with our rules instruction add-on. We have over seven years experience in teaching and demonstrating board games, and we've received extra training in teaching some of the titles in our library.

Price: $100*

* This service is included for free with our Board Game Olympics package or with other on-site coordination services.

Wedding Ceremony Officiation

Side Quest Events offers wedding officiation services! Choose from a simple ceremony with minimal customization or a fully customizable one.

Simple Wedding Ceremony

Choose a ceremony from our library. We'll customize the names and readings for you.

Please note: This option is currently unavailable while we build our library.

Price: $100

Custom Wedding Ceremony

Partner with us to design your perfect ceremony. Choose your readings, quotations, etc. We'll do the rest!

Price: $100 (normally $150)
