Board Games Events Packages

Let Side Quest Events host your next board game night! We bring new games tailored to your groups' interests and teach you how to play them. 

If you want even more board gaming fun, contact us to schedule a Board Game Olympics! Board Game Olympics is an all-day event in which players earn points by playing board games to earn a spot in the final championship game. We help you choose games and stay on-site to teach the rules and run the tournament.

Additional services are available.

All board game rentals require a $50 refundable damage deposit, including free rentals.

Please note: The pricing is for services and rentals from Side Quest Events only. Any supply costs (such as decorations or medals) or venue rental fees will be included in your final invoice.

Board Game Night

Hosting a night of gaming fun can be cheaper than a trip to the movies!

What we do:

  • Meet with you to help you plan and choose games
  • Help you find a great location or host at your location
  • Provide three free game rentals
  • Teach the rules of the games at your game night
  • Gather any requested decorations or supplies

Price: $50

Single-Game Tournaments

Side Quest Events can host a single-game tournament for your gaming group, such as an Uno tournament!

What we do:

  • Travel to your event (or help you find a great location for it)
  • Go over the rules to make sure everyone is on the same page
  • Host your tournament and handle the scoring
  • Gather any requested supplies, such as decorations or awards

Price: $50

Board Game Olympics

Spend a whole day with your favorite gamers as you battle it out to be the champion!

What we do:

  • Meet with you to help you plan and choose games
  • Help you find a great location or host at your location
  • Create a graphic for you to use in your invitations
  • Provide five free game rentals
  • Modify rules (when needed) to make games fast and fair for all players
  • Teach the rules of the games and run the tournament
  • Gather any requested decorations or supplies

Price: $200
