Party & Events Packages
Our Party & Event Packages are perfect for everything from birthday parties and showers to weddings and other large events with many moving parts. We track down your best vendor options and make sure that everything runs smoothly leading up to your event. Additional services are available.
Please note: The pricing is for services from Side Quest Events only. It doesn't include vendor fees, such as venue rental or catering. Any supply costs (such as decorations or favor supplies) will be included in the final invoice.

Initial Consultation
Schedule a meeting with us so we can discuss your vision for your event. We'll determine what we can do to help make your dreams a reality. This is also when you can roll for your discount.
Planning Meetings
Planning meetings keep everything on track for your big day. Schedule them at any time during the planning process. Party Packages include two meetings and Events Packages include four. Additional meetings are available as an add-on service.
Vendor Coordination
From researching vendors and tracking down quotes to handling the logistics up to the big day, we coordinate with your vendors to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
Decor Sourcing
Let us save you time and effort by tracking down your decorations for you. (The cost of the decorations will be added to your final invoice.) Decor installation and removal is available as an add-on service.
Other Supply Sourcing
We're happy to track down any other needed supplies for your event as well. Whether you need a flower girl basket, favors, toasting flutes, or a game of Pin the Tail on the Donkey, we've got you. (The cost of the supplies will be added to your final invoice.)
