All board game rentals require a $50 refundable damage deposit, including free rentals.

Please note: The pricing is for services from Side Quest Events only. It doesn't include vendor fees, such as venue rental or catering. Any supply costs (such as decorations or medals) will be included in the final invoice.

This package includes:

Initial consultation
Game selection assistance
Three free game rentals (up to $30 value)
Two planning meetings (a $50 value)
Locating and coordinating with any vendors, such as catering
Sourcing decorations

Board Game Olympics

This package includes everything in the Board Game Night Package, plus:

Two additional free game rentals (up to $20 value)
Free on-site rules instruction and event coordination (a $100 value)
Modified rules to make games fast and fair for all players
Sourcing awards

Board Game Event Add-On Package

Add some board gaming fun to your party or large event! Additional game rentals and on-site rules instruction are available as add-on services. This package includes:

Three free game rentals (up to $30 value)
One additional planning meeting (a $25 value)
