If I'm on a tight budget, how can Side Quest Events help?

Our services are competitively priced, and we're experienced at planning memorable events on a budget. We also offer many of our planning services à la carte, meaning you can pay only for the services you need.

How do I know whether I need a Party Package or Large Events Package?

The Party Package is for smaller events, such as birthday parties or bridal/baby showers. The Large Events Package is for larger, more complex events, such as weddings.

Can I purchase à la carte and add-on services without a package?

Yes! We recommend our packages to allow you to take advantage of our planning expertise, but all add-on services are available individually. Packages include some of these services.

How do I request a meeting?

Call, text, or email us. Let us know when and where you want to meet, and we'll see you there!

Do you offer decorating services?

We offer decoration assembly, setup, and removal for an hourly fee. This is available à la carte or in addition to any of our packages.

How does board game rental work?

All Board Game Event Packages come with some free rentals, and we have some games that are available to rent for free with other rentals. All other games are available to rent for $5-$10 each. A $50 refundable deposit is required for all board game rentals (even free ones).

Do I have to rent board games if I book a Board Game Event Package?

No. You're welcome to play your own games. All Board Game Event Packages come with some free rentals, and we have several games that are free to rent with another rental.

How do I learn the rules for my board games?

We offer on-site rules instruction. It's available for an additional fee with the Board Game Night Package, but it's included with the Board Game Olympics Package. We have seven years' experience in demonstrating and teaching games.

Do you offer collectible trading card games at your events?

This isn't something that we have available to rent, but you're welcome to bring your own. This may be something that we offer for rent in the future if there's enough demand.

Does Side Quest Events offer wedding officiation?

Yes! This is one of our à la carte or add-on services. There are two options, one more customized than the other.
