Side Quest Events sometimes takes on event planning projects on a case-by-case basis, especially geeky and fandom-themed events. Contact me to see if we're a good fit.

The Event Planning Package includes:

Vendor research and coordination
Decor sourcing
Favor and supply sourcing
On-site party coordination

Price: $200 and up

Please note: The pricing is for services from Side Quest Events only. It doesn't include vendor fees, such as venue rental or catering. Any supply costs (such as decorations or favor supplies) will be included in the final invoice.

À la Carte Services

Side Quest Events offers the following services in addition to the Event Planning Package:

Invitation addressing: $0.50 each
- I hand address your invitations and drop them off at the post office for you.
Thank you note writing: $2 each
- I work with you to create a template, personalize each note as necessary by hand, and drop the notes off at the post office for you.
Favor assembly: $25 per hour
- Sourcing supplies for favors is included in the Event Planning Package, but this covers assembly.
Decorating: $25 per hour
- Sourcing decorations is included in the Event Planning Package, but this covers installation and removal.
